Cancellation and Payment Policies

Seating is limited, so enroll early. Seats are reserved upon registration. Registration constitutes an agreement to pay.

There are three methods of payment:

  1. Credit Card - We accept Visa, Master Card, or American Express.
  2. Check - We accept personal and/or company checks; however, enrollment is not guaranteed until the check is approved by IHS.
  3. Wire Transfer - Note that seats are not reserved until full payment has been received.

Refunds and Cancellation

Seats are reserved upon registration, registration constitutes an agreement to pay.* 
Refunds will not be honored for cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled class (notice to be communicated to Energy.Training@ihsmarkit.com).  IHS Markit will work with you to reschedule where this is possible.
IHS Markit reserves the right to cancel training up to 2 weeks prior to scheduled paid classes, or 2 days for free classes, if minimum class size not met.
    *AccuMap\AccuLogs are free courses, an invoice of $350 USD will be sent for no shows only.

Sessions are subject to cancellation up to 2 days prior to start date if minimum class size not met.
